We provide consultancy in implementing, developing the framework and complying with Industry best practices as well as International Standards leading to sustained business and process as well as performance improvement.
We, specialise in the preparation, implementation and auditing of management systems for compliance with International standards. This typically involves setting up of a management system with design and implementation of the defined system. A defined facilitation methodology, that is customized to meet organization needs, is followed to understand current organizational process strengths and weakness. The focus of the methodology is to leverage the existing organization capabilities to meet the requirements of the certification.
If a client requires certification to the standard we can help identify a certification body and guide through the audit process.

After implementation and certification, we also have the provision of providing On-going assistance in operation, maintenance and improvement of the system.
